　　First, the principle of aluminium extrusion Aluminium extrusion is a plastic processing method that applies external force to the metal billet placed in the container (extrusion cylinder) to make it flow out from the specific mold hole to obtain the required cross-section shape and size.

Housing/guide rail: The housing and guide rail of Linear Modules are usually made of aluminium alloy. Aluminium material has a lightweight, corrosion-resistant, good thermal conductivity and other characteristics, is very suitable for linear modules as a structural component.

Slider/carriage: linear module slider or carriage parts are also often made of aluminium alloy. Aluminium alloy has good machining performance, can produce a high precision slider.

Support frame: The support frame of the linear module is usually made of aluminium alloy to provide stable support for the whole module.

(1) Ingredients: According to the specific alloy grade to be produced, calculate the addition amount of various alloy components, and reasonably mix various raw materials.

(2) Smelting: The prepared raw materials are added to the melting furnace according to the process requirements to melt, and the slag and gas in the melt are effectively removed by means of degassing and slag refining.

(3)Casting: Under certain casting process conditions, the molten aluminum liquid is cooled and cast into round cast rods of various specifications through a deep-well casting system.
