Changyin has independent mold design and manufacturing capabilities, with an experienced design team, familiar with a variety of materials and processes, able to provide professional mold design solutions according to customer needs. Meanwhile, we adopt advanced 3D modelling and simulation technology to ensure the rationality and manufacturability of mold design. Whether it is a simple or complex mold, we can provide comprehensive design services and rationalization suggestions to help customers develop and manufacture their products quickly.

Ⅱ. EXTRUSION

Aluminum alloy custom service - > Aluminum alloy grades can be customized: such as 6060 6063 6061 6005 6463 6082 7075 5052, etc.

With advanced double traction extrusion production line, 600 tons and 1000 tons extrusion machines, monthly production capacity of more than 600 tons, annual output of more than 10,000 tons.
